David Campbell
Manager Exploration
Dave Campbell is a “multidisciplined mining professional” with over 30 years of experience in the coal industry. Dave has held diverse technical positions in exploration and mining geology, engineering, and coal quality including Senior Geologist (New Hope Coal), Senior Mining Engineer (Bulga Coal), Senior Mining Consultant (SRK)
In the recent decade Dave has been involved in mine management and project development with roles including General Manager Baralaba Coal, Senior Project Engineer – New Acland Coal and Site Manager – Roche/Coppabella.
Dave also joined Waratah Coal in 2006 as Vice President – Exploration and presided over the delineation of resources in excess of 7 Billion tonnes of thermal coal at the Company’s Galilee Projects as well acting as the custodian of Waratah’s numerous exploration tenements across Australia .
Dave joined Bandanna Energy as Manager Exploration. Dave holds a B.Sc from University of Newcastle and is a Fellow of AusIMM.
